The Steering Group

The Roundabout Revellers is managed by a committee that acts as a steering group; each production or event is run by its own production team, with one member reporting to the main committee. This web page is used to post minutes of steering group meetings, as part of the goal of ensuring the club is managed in an open fashion. The steering group for the 2011-2012 season consists of:

Thanks to everyone who attended last night's AGM and also to everyone who sent apologies. The notes attached reflect the business discussed, principally:-

Any comments concerning the minutes should be directed back to me so that they can feed into the first Steering Committee meeting of the new season (27th April). There will be a number of further mailings shortly:-

New membership forms - no charge but a request for all to sign up as Revellers and to indicate where interests lie for the new season (e.g. acting, design, production etc)
